How we verify

What we check, what the Last verified date means, how removals work and how to tell us about a mistake.

⚕ Please note: Being listed or marked Verified is not a recommendation or an endorsement, and it is not medical advice. We do not test treatments or confirm a clinic’s medical claims, results or regulatory status. Talk to a licensed physician before making any decision about your own health.

What “Verified” means here

Every clinic in the directory is listed from public sources: clinic websites, business listings and public records. A clinic marked ✓ Verified has its own clinic page, which we wrote from the information the clinic publishes on its own website and from our directory record. Today 1,130 of the 1,275 clinics we list are Verified.

Verified means we researched the listing. It does not mean we vouch for the clinic or its treatments.

What we check

  • The website. We check that the clinic’s website loads and still belongs to the same practice. If a website moved, we update the link.
  • The basics on the clinic page. When we write a clinic page, we take the location, contact details, doctors and treatments from what the clinic publishes, and each clinic page says where its information comes from.
  • A second look by hand. When a website does not load, we do not remove the clinic straight away. We check again by hand: we look the address up, try it more than once and from more than one network, and search for a new website.

The “Last verified” date

Clinic pages show a “Last verified” date. It is the most recent date on which we confirmed that the clinic’s website was online, either in a check of clinic websites across the directory or in a check by hand. It is not a date on which the clinic confirmed its details to us. If a clinic page shows no date, we have not re-checked its website yet.

We re-check the websites of the clinics in the directory every 90 days. A “Last verified” date more than 90 days old means that clinic’s re-check is due.

How removals work

We remove a clinic when it has closed, or when its website is gone: the address no longer exists, it keeps failing to load when we check again by hand, or it now belongs to a different business. A person reviews every removal before it goes live. The clinic’s old page then takes you to its country or state page, so links to it do not break.

Found a mistake? Tell us

If a detail is wrong, a clinic has closed or a link does not work, please tell us on our Contact page or by email at fedorafallc@gmail.com. Please include the clinic’s name and the link to its page. Clinics can use the same address to correct, update or remove their own listing.

Money and listings

Clinics can't pay to be listed in the directory or to be verified, but they pay a fee when we refer a patient to them. In our match quiz results only, clinics that pay a referral fee are marked Partner and listed first. As of October 2026, no clinic pays us yet.

Featured listings, when offered, are paid and always marked Featured. A Featured listing does not put a clinic in the directory, make it Verified or change its Last verified date.
