How we handle reviews
Same rules for every rating. Every review is read by a person before it appears. We publish or decline each one by the rules on this page, whatever its star rating. We do not hide negative reviews.
What we don’t publish. A review that claims a medical result, a diagnosis or a cure; that contains personal information or contact details; that is abusive or obscene; that is spam or advertising; that is clearly false or not about the directory; or that appears to come from a clinic or its staff, or from John Hullinger or his family.
No rewards. We never offer payment, discounts, prizes or any other reward for a review, and we never ask anyone for a positive review.
No edits. We don’t change what you write. If a review breaks a rule, we decline it rather than edit it.
Your details. We show your display name and, if you gave one, your city. We never show your email address.
Order. Published reviews are shown newest first.
Who runs this directory
Stem Cell Directory is run by John Hullinger (operated by Fedorafa Properties LLC). Clinics can't pay to be listed in the directory or to be verified, but they pay a fee when we refer a patient to them. Clinics that pay a referral fee are marked Partner and, in quiz results only, listed first. As of October 2026, no clinic pays us yet.
